Softball on Friday, September 1st will be High School ONLY and will start play at 4:00PM @Wayne.
UPDATE!!! for afternoon bus routes!! There will now be 2 buses running the route. What that means is kids will be getting home earlier. This will start today! We are not exact on times just yet. It will be a trial and error until they get kids situated please be patient while they get the kinks worked out.

We want to say thank you to everyone who has shared, tagged, messaged and called over the past few days about the Local Food for Schools program. We are aware and our application for the fresh meat was submitted in June. Our local beef is coming from Coats Family Beef in Konawa and we are now in the waiting process for the meat to be processed. If you are unaware of what this program is the State of Oklahoma is offering a grant up to $25,000, for schools to receive beef from their local area.
Change in breakfast menu for Friday, August 25th it will be Oatmeal and Toast.
Native students now have more oppotunities while in high school to benefit from Citizen Potawatomi Nation. Programs are open to all native students who have a proof of tribal enrollment. If you need more info we have flyers at school to share with you so you can contact the right people. Contact Rebecca Yott or Shawna Magby and we will get you the name and number you need.

Asher Public School is seeking to hire a Paraprofessional, if you are interested or have questions you can apply in the office or email resume to Jason Alsup at jalsup@asher.k12.ok us. Background check is required for employment.
Due to illness with 2 of our Cafeteria staff causing us to be short handed on Tuesday the menu will change to Cereal for breakfast and Ham n Cheese sandwhich for lunch. We plan to resume regular menu on Wednesday.
Parents, At this time we will be unable to accept 3 year olds into at Extended Day program due to a staffing shortage within the program.
Order forms will be sent home with students to order if you wish Asher Indian jacket/hoodie. These items have been offered for many years and have always been amazing quality. Anyone can print this order form and send to school office with your money by the deadline September 19th.
High School Baseball has been moved due to rain to Seminole State. Game times will remain the same.
